New Pics!

Finally, here are some current pictures of me. I'm still an underweight baby, but I've grown in height! I've been sick these days, so it's been busy for everyone. I had a stomach virus a couple weeks ago, and now I have a respiratory virus. But don't worry, I'm getting better. Here are a few more things about me:

I like it when mommy plays "Tall Trees" and "Music of the Night" on the piano. Some parts of those songs make me laugh and smile.

Dodger is so skittish around me that whenever I approach him, he always backs away. I know he loves me, he's just trying to protect himself.

When I first started using my spoon properly to feed myself, I would always give a big smile and my parents would clap for me (it happens more often these days, though, so we don't make as big of a deal about it).

One of my toys plays a song "Johnny Angel" that made me cry for a couple weeks when you played it. It doesn't make me cry anymore, but if you sing the song, I will still cry.

I get a lot of food on me all the time, and after feeding, my mommy puts me on the ground and Dodger and Jolie clean it all off my clothes in seconds. My parents say they're like the cleaning shrimp in "Finding Nemo."

When the phone rings while I'm holding it, I'll immediately hand it to the nearest adult.

Walking, Roaring, Dancing

I'm sorry it's been so long since my last post. I've been keeping everyone busy this past month with my walking, and my parents have had a lot going on as well. Also, since I reached my limit with pictures on my last site so quickly, I'm going to try and post less often so as to not have the same thing happen again. Here's an update on what I've been doing in the last couple months:

I've been walking for several weeks now.

I weigh 20 lbs. now and am one week away from being 15 months old.

I love to clap at the end of songs.

I love watching my daddy lead praise with the guitar, and I'll usually clap at the end of his praise songs, even if I'm falling asleep.

If you ask me, "What does a tiger like to do?" I'll roar for you!

I hang out with Jolie a lot. We get into a lot of mischief together. I love pulling on her ears and paws.

If you ask me to give you a kiss, I will on your cheek! My favorite thing to kiss: Jolie's back.

I like to break off pieces of food and hand them to my dogs. Sometimes I'll laugh when their noses touch my hands and I can feel their mouths.

For my favorite songs, I'll dance when I hear them (it's jumping up and down or rocking on my knees).

My favorite snack: animal crackers. I get REALLY excited when you hand me one. I even dig through my mom's purse looking for them.

I like handing people things, and if you don't take it when I'm giving it to you, I'll get a little upset.

I have 8 teeth total now, and I bite mommy's legs all the time and leave huge bruises (she's not too happy about that).

I really like the TV show "Jojo's Circus" because of all the singing and dancing on it. When the show's intro music starts, I'll clap and give a big smile.

I love doing anything with water, including drinking it. The first thing I need in the morning is to drink some water, even before I eat. I'm not even thirsty sometimes, and I'll just drink it because I like the sensation of it, and I like to give a refreshing "Aah!" after to copy my parents.

That's all I can think of right now off the top of my head. I finally posted pictures of my first birthday party. Sorry they were so late. I'll post current pictures of me soon so you can see how much I've grown. Oh, and congratulations to Uncle Albert and Aunt Tina for their new baby girl, Allison! I have another friend!
